What YOUR job will be like

Your responsibilities as Service Desk Analyst would be:

  • handle incoming calls from employees working in pharmaceutical companies
  • handle incidents and requests like user login problems, functional and technical support to business units
  • solve the problem preferably within the first contact
  • provide support in various languages – in this case, Danish & English are important
