Your daily responsibilities:
o You will provide expert technical guidance for the company’s products and cloud technologies to SME customers via phone, email, and/or remote access.
o Working collaboratively, you will analyze and develop solutions for customer issues ensuring
o Detailing cases and resolutions clearly in the CRM system
o Taking ownership of hot and more critical cases when required
Skills that will help you in the role:
o Some background in providing technical customer support
o Ability to understand technical issues and apply technical concepts
o 2+ years of work experience with Windows Server/Desktop and networking/WEB protocols (TCP/IP/HTTPS/DNS)
o Proficient (Native) French languages is MUST
o Fluent English language is MUST
