HR MANAGER - retail (fashion)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsibility for planning and implementing HR strategy on a local market according to guidelines set by HR Headquarters
- Participation and realization of HR LPP strategy in areas of training, development, employer branding, motivation etc. according to Headquarters guidelines
- Managing and developing HR team – HR Business Partner / HR Specialist / HR Assistant (3 people)
- Complex responsibility for HR process in the subsidiary
- Realization of recruitment projects, assuring active researching for candidates using standard and non-standard sources
- Proactive monitoring of the local market in HR field to assure regular feedback, recommendations and action plans propositions to Country Manager and HR Headquarters
- Close cooperation with Headquarters HR by providing regular reports, analyzes etc.
- Providing Managers (including Store Managers) with necessary tools, knowledge and best practice in main HR processes: recruitment, induction programme etc.
- Creating and implementing HR tools for all stores
- Day-to-day cooperation and support for Sales Department and Sales Directors with daily tasks from HR area
- Active participation in new employees induction process in Headquarters
- Organizing and leading the training for internal employees
- Supporting changes processes and communicating them to all stores.

Main requirements:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR field – preferably on a HR BP or managerial position
- Experience in field of RETAIL (FASHION) IS A MUST
- Experience in leading, implementing HR projects / processes
- Higher education (HR, psychology, sociology is also welcome)
- Good knowledge of the English language (min. level B2)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to build a cooperation and trust with business partners
- Experience in working on a managerial position in the store will be an advantage
