You will perform daily activities in relation with the payroll agenda – data gathering, tracking and reporting, annual tax clearance administration, as well as ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

This is a great starting role for someone with career plans in core HR eventually becoming an expert on labor code, payroll and tax.

What will you work on?
You will independently manage the following areas:

- Track and prepare data needed for payroll calculation CR and SR
- Coordinate social security and health payments during short term transfer
- Coordinate and administer annual tax refund
- Cooperate with external suppliers relevant to the above
- Help with ad hoc requests relevant to the above

Who are we looking for?

- University degree (ideally in Finance or Accounting)
- Previous payroll experience or understanding CR and SR payroll deductions and calculation, willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and excellent with numbers
- Computer literacy including mastery of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and a working knowledge of the rest of the Microsoft Suite software
- Fluency in Czech or Slovak and very good written and spoken English
