An international company with modern offices in Brno is looking for a new colleague, who will join their helpdesk team!
–Providing technical customer support to customers in English over the phone and email (billings, troubleshooting, etc.)
–Building and maintaining positive and professional customer relationships
–Working with the internal system, data entry.
Full training is provided. Previous experiences are not required!
What do we require:
–be proficient in English (B2 / C1 / C2)
–able to work at different shifts (nights and weekends incl.)?
–a willingness to learn and develop yourself
–have an interest in IT
